Amazing hotel! The Junior Suite was spacious with a lovely hot tub. The room was very clean, and the staff were pretty good too provide excellent service. They decorated the room for our anniversary, a nice touch. The location was great, with easy access to the metro and nearby food options. I had an amazing stay at this hotel.
One drawback was the lack of sound insulation, as we could hear conversations and breakfast being prepared early in the morning. The door buzzer was also quite loud and could be heard clearly in the rooms.

The hotel was right in the center of the Vatican city, just a couple of minutes walk to all the attractions. The location was very close to the city center. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. There were many wonderful restaurants right next to the hotel.

Great value for money, with a balcony view and amazing room and bathroom. Conveniently located near St. Peter's square and a variety of local restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff who accommodated our early departure. Enjoyed the breakfast in room with flexible timing. Soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

We loved the hotel's location near the Vatican, it was so close to the center and made it easy to explore the area. The rooms were impeccably clean and had comfortable memory foam mattresses. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. There were several wonderful restaurants right next to the hotel, perfect for a delicious meal after a long day of sightseeing.
The access to the kitchen in the evening for ice and utensils was not available, which was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel is excellent value for money, offering comfortable rooms with a jacuzzi and a very generous breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we were well-informed about the inclusions of our package. The location is perfect, right in St Peter's square and within walking distance to all attractions. Additionally, it is very close to where the cafes are, making it convenient for dining options.
No improvement needed, everything was perfect.
